In managing the Early Language Learning initiative from 1999 onwards, CILT, the National Centre for Languages has worked in partnership with key agencies: Association for Language Learning (ALL),  Becta, British Council, Department for Children, Schools and Families (DCSF), The Languages Company, Links into LanguagesQualifications and Curriculum Development Agency (QCDA), Specialist Schools and Academies Trust (SSAT) and Training and Development Agency for schools (TDA).
