Downloading files and plug ins
Downloadable files are provided in the following formats: Microsoft Windows Media Audio (WMA), Microsoft Windows Media Video and Audio (WMV), Microsoft Word (DOC), Microsoft PowerPoint (PPT), Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) and compressed or 'zip' files.
Video files are available in three bandwidths, for dial up modem and broadband users. If you find yourself experiencing delays in accessing the videos, try choosing a lower bandwidth. If you would like to experience higher quality, try experimenting with a higher bandwidth. The dial up modem bandwidth (64kbs) will take on average 1 minute to begin playing videos on the media page.
The video player will automatically detect Apple Mac Safari users. To view the videos on a Mac you will need the free Flip4Mac plugin for your Quicktime player.
